T’s and C’s

  • We will hold booked tables for a window of 15 minutes. After this window, we may give your table away if we have not been given any late notice.

  • Booked guests are expected to be diners, please do not book just for coffees, pastries, drinks.

  • We do not allow any outside food, birthday cakes or alcohol into our premises. Do let us know if you are celebrating a birthday in your reservation notes so we can make your experience extra special.

  • We are dog-friendly! but we do require them to be seated downstairs.

  • Our upstairs dining room is always laptop free. Laptops are permitted downstairs on weekdays.

We do usually have tables for walk-ins. These are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and whilst we do our best, we cannot guarantee to seat you without a booking.

We have gluten free and nut free options throughout all our menus. Please email us in advance with any allergen queries so we can give you the best dining experience.

Due to a problem of no-shows and last minute cancellations, card details are required to secure your reservation. These will be held securely in our PCI-compliant Payment Gateway (STRIPE). We reserve the right to charge for no-shows, late cancellations and last minute reductions in guest numbers. A no show fee of £10 per head will be charged if no notice or cancellation is made. Please do contact us in advance if you are unable to make your booking and you will not be charged.

We do not take reservations over the phone, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Please use our booking system below and follow the steps to complete your booking.
